Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up! Thus leading to the need for clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments.
However, we kindly request clients to provide us with sufficient notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request. If a client is unable to attend their scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list or in need of our services. Failure to provide the required notice or not showing up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification is considered a "no show." Our no show or late cancellation policy is as follows: the business will decide if it is necessary to charge the 20% no show or late fee. Thank you for your understanding.
